Moreno Perna has organised and curated events in The Netherlands, collaborating with artists from different backgrounds such as dance, theatre, circus, queer art and film.

In 2020, during the first phases of the Covid-19 lockdown in The Netherlands, Moreno has directed a new organization with at its core a digital helpline on a website, called: LHBTI Steun (LGBTI Support).
It was created with the intention to help and support the members of the Dutch LGBTQIA+ community in need of a listening ear during those isolating months.
The website of the organization provided online support (through chat with volunteers) and listed the phone number to call. To create and enlarge its digital community, Zoom parties where created with the help of DJs, VJs and performers.
This project was made possible thanks to the support of Dutch organisations:
Transgender Network Netherlands, COC Nederland and NNID.

In 2026 he co-founded the Cultural Association MoM Officina (APS) and he is now Vice-President and Artistic Director of the space.
